Client Payments
- Up to 50 clients being invoiced on a recurring basis.
- Clients can pay by Credit Card or PayPal account
- PayPal International Credit Card eMerchant Gateway is the trusted source for no credit card frauds

- Clients and you get email of each payment
- Clients see a detailed report of all payments and a yearly report for year by year totals.

Clients Payments
- Up to 500 clients being invoiced on a recurring basis.
- Partial Payments are allowed per invoice
- Even though web payments are preferred, the system still accepts other payment forms like money orders, checks and cashier checks
- Reports clearly show what invoices are paid and which are not
- Payments are usually done through the PayPal eMerchant Gateway however the Authorize.Net eMerchant Gateway is also available if you have clients that dont like PayPal. The Authorize.Net eMerchant Gateway is an extra $95/month and an extra $295 One-time set up fee.

Clients Payments
- Up to 1,000 clients being invoiced on a recurring basis.
- Alerts shows you actions to take as when as what credit cards are about to expire
- Each client can be billed for more than one recurring charge
- If a PayPal recurring payment fails, it will automatically be retried twice after 3 days for first try and then after another 5 days after the second try. This lets you contact your client to make sure funds are in their credit card account and expiry card dates have been addressed.

- Generate billing services which are month services at any rate. Generate one time billing items under a billing service
